Welcome to The Vault. By subscribing, accessing, or using our platform, you agree to the following Terms of Service and Licensing Agreement. These terms govern the use of all content available through The Vault, including but not limited to tracks, remixes, edits, intros, and sample packs.

1. Eligibility

The Vault is intended for use by professional DJs, radio hosts, event performers, and music industry personnel. By subscribing, you affirm that you are using this platform solely for non-commercial, promotional, and performance-related purposes.

2. License Type

Your subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use content from The Vault under the following conditions:

✅ Permitted Uses:

• Live DJ performances (clubs, festivals, events)

• Mixtapes, DJ sets, and radio broadcasts (non-monetized or promotional use only)

• Personal DJ practice or private performance prep

• Uploading DJ sets (not individual tracks) to platforms like Mixcloud or SoundCloud (as permitted under their terms)

❌ Prohibited Uses:

• Uploading or distributing individual tracks to streaming services (e.g., Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube)

• Reselling, sharing, or redistributing any Vault content

• Using content in monetized videos, sync licensing, public advertisements, or commercial releases without written permission

• Tampering with or removing any embedded metadata or watermarks

3. Copyright & Content Ownership

All music content in The Vault remains the property of the original creators, rights holders, or contributors.

• You do not own any downloaded music.

• You are granted a limited-use license solely for DJ performance and promotion.

• The Vault distributes content under agreements with artists and creators.

4. Artist & Contributor Submissions

By submitting music to The Vault, you confirm:

• You hold the legal rights or permissions to distribute the content

• You authorize The Vault to distribute your content for DJ promo use

• You may request removal at any time in writing

5. Account Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated (without refund) if:

• You violate any terms of use

• You are found redistributing or pirating content

• You use The Vault in a way that breaches this agreement or violates copyright law

6. No Warranties / Limitation of Liability

The Vault is provided “as is.” We make no guarantees about the uninterrupted operation or error-free delivery of our platform. The Vault will not be held liable for misuse of content or copyright violations committed by users.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases and subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Barbados. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barbados.
